WHAT DATES AND TIMES ARE AVAILABLE?
The Red Rock 2nd floor is available to rent Mornings from 7-9am and Sunday nights from 5-10pm.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The 2nd floor is available for $150 per hour.
IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?
The Red Rock does not have a permit to allow Alcoholic beverages on our premises.
HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT UP THERE?
The maximum capacity seated is 59 people, but may accommodate more for standing reception.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION?
Red Rock requires that you pay 50% of the total cost of your event to reserve your date. This is non-refundable.
IS AUDIO VISUAL SUPPORT INCLUDED?
The 2nd floor is equipped for many kinds of audio and visual hookups, but your rental does not include equipment or a technician. These are available for an additional fee.
WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS CAN BE HELD ON THE 2ND FLOOR?
The 2nd floor has been home to corporate events, private parties, art receptions, movie nights, and more. Please contact us if you need ideas on planning a unique event of your own!
DOES MY RENTAL COME WITH ACCESS TO THE ESPRESSO BAR AND RED ROCK'S PROFESSIONAL BARISTAS?
Your rental does not include it but for an additional cost your event can be equipped with your own personal barista to make some of Red Rock's fine espresso and steamed beverages.
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THE EVENT?
No, clean up is included!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE MY RESERVATION?
We advise making your reservation as far in advance as possible; the Red Rock calendar fills up 1-2 months in advance.
WHAT IF I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
